Affordances of information-communication technology enable faculty to migrate the face-to-face courses into an online environment within a rapid time frame. Leaning problems are approached from varied theoretical perspectives. An eclectic approach teaching and learning could combine traditional educational perspective with perspectives constructivism, social sociocultural theory experientialism. The vital factors in education teacher guidance, collaboration peers, interaction, language, culture, structured activity instruction, methods, assessment evolving cognitive capacities students, feedback, remedial activity, changing environment, recurring patterns, memorization rote learning. is facilitator process. learner active gaining knowledge. Mediation between material be learned carried out through organized activity. Discourse focus. Thought seen as internalized discourse. Reality personal concept every person constructs their own version reality. Knowledge construct. Social individual processes interdependent construction Meaning thought embodied. People not free think anything same neural mechanisms involved perception, movement, conceptualization reasoning.
